This Legal Notice ("Impresszum") sets out the information the Service Provider of the TaxEZ web-based application (the "Service") and the taxez.hu website (the "Website") is required to publish under Sections 4 and 5 of Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Aspects of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services and the Hungarian Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection. This document is an informal English translation prepared for the convenience of non-Hungarian-speaking users. In the event of any discrepancy, the Hungarian-language version shall prevail and shall be the legally binding document.

The Service Provider's activity is not subject to an official licensing requirement, nor to registration with a professional chamberunless
4.1. All content appearing on the Website and within the Service — including in particular text content, graphic and design elements, logos, and the software environment and source code — is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of the Service Provider or its lawfully engaged licensors.
4.2. Copying, distributing, publishing, or otherwise using the content of the Website, in whole or in part, without the Service Provider's prior written consent is prohibited and may give rise to legal liability.
4.3. Trademarks and product names appearing on the Website are the property of their respective owners; their appearance is for informational purposes only.
5.1. The Service Provider strives to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate, complete and up to date; however, such information is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax or other professional advice.
